Trina Kaplow
Trina has been a Nursing Home Administrator for more than 28 years. She ran several Five Star facilities, as rated by Medicare. She had three “Zero Deficiency” Annual Surveys during her career. Her most recent facility was a repeat recipient of California’s QASP awards, a California State program that encourages and incentivizes Nursing Homes to implement quality improvements. Her area of expertise was going into poorly-performing facilities and transforming them into the cleanest and most caring facilities.
Trina has always been a strong advocate for her employees and their quality of life. Prior to her Nursing Home career, she ran care homes for persons with developmental disabilities. Trina is a life-long caregiver with a servant’s heart, a quality she looks for in care providers that she hires.
